- If an event is cancelled or only partially played, Winbdapp will settle bets in accordance with its policies.
- If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
- In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
- Sport-specific rules apply to all betting markets, including cricket, football, and other sports.
- Winbdapp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and to withhold payments where necessary.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Winbdapp supports transactions via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified on our payments page. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
- Withdrawal: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.

6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbdapp. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

- Operating multiple accounts.

7Account Suspension & Closure
Winbdapp may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
You may close your account at any time. If a balance remains and all conditions are met, you will be able to withdraw your funds.
